Please return your item, in good condition, on the agreed return date before 11am.

We ask this specific time as we will require the item to be back as fast as possible, so that we perform a condition check and to add the item back on our storefront.

Due to the nature of our equipment, deliveries are not inclusive of delivery costs for rentals worth (or more than) £30 per day.

All equipment returns must be in new condition. Our liability is limited to the monetary value of the goods only. You will be responsible for the safekeeping of the equipment while it is in your possession

If the item is returned defected, you will be charged for the repair costs.

If an item is delivered to you damaged, then you will be refunded for the total amount you have already paid prior to delivery.
